My Bad Experience in Swiss In Hotel Kuala Lumpur

I booked and payed for staying in Swiss In Kuala Lumpur check in 17/5/2008 and check out 19/5/2008 and due to the transporation problem in Singapore so I arrived in the hotel in 18/5/2008 early morning around 3 AM and the receiptionist was really good and I could get my room even this was new room and still strong smell of wall paint.
I didnt find any drinking water in my room and I realized that I checked in too early so I didnt call the receptionist and went out to find water in 24 hours store
18/5/2008 around 9 AM I went out to explore more about KL and back to the hotel around 11 PM so tired and raining.
I found that no drinking water again in my room and I called politely to the receptionist and the answer, " So sorry Sir, the housekeeping already closed and if you need any water we just only can deliver to your room on 8 AM in the morning!"
I told her this was about thirsty and water how could I wait for 9 hours for drinking water, She tried to explain that due to my late checked in! ??? So why blamed it to me??
If the first day I came and checked in late and I didnt get any water I really really understand so I didnt call and I bought by myself but this room already cleaned up in the morning when I went out, how can the housekeeping didnt give the drinking water.
The answer and the solution from the receptionist really make me feel disapointed with this hotel, just imagine if I was an old man and in raining day should go out just for a bottle of water??? Finally I check out and extend to another hotel
This is not the first time I go to KL, almost every year I go to KL and surrounding and I ever stay from a cheap place like a lodge until 5 stars hotel in Jl Sultan Ismail but I never get a treatment like this.
