Eva Slip-On Sandal
Do you have one of this sandal or do you notice anybody wearing one?
This eva slip-on sandal came into the market sometimes in September last year. It was quite a hit because I saw many people wearing it (mostly European) in the Changi airport during my training in Singapore (Sept - Dec 06).
My husband said, the price for this kind of sandal from a branded brand can cost you up to RM100++. No kidding! This sandal comes with colorful bright colors such as light blue, dark blue, red, yellow, orange, purple and green. However, you can get this type of sandal at a very cheap price in KL. Asadi brand will cost only about RM15.99 per pair while non-branded imported from China slip-on will cost RM16.99!
When I first saw this odd looking slipper a few months ago, I laughed hard. Despite that, my husband bought one for himself and proudly wears it anywhere he goes. He even offered to buy one for me...but guess what...I laughed loud again! Just can't imagine me wearing one of those bright odd looking sandals around.
Then...last week... while we were at Giant Shah Alam, my husband got one pair for his mom and guess what... I also get one!! But...I'm only wearing it inside my house whenever I'm doing my household chores. I still can't imagine me wearing it outside...emmm... maybe I will bring it to Langkawi and wear it on the beach!
